      A to Zinc

      Who is your inhouse audio visual supplier?

      Audio Visual Dynamics (AVD) provide audio visual and production services at Zinc. Your Event Planner will provide you with contact details for AVD so that you can discuss any audio, visual and staging requirements.

      Is wi-fi available?

      Yes,guest wi-fi is available throughout the venue. Please discuss specifications with your Event Planner.

      Do you provide staging?

      Yes, when Studios 1 and 2 are combined as one space we provide a complimentary stage up to 2.4 m x 7.2 m. For each studio separately, the stage size is up to 2.4 m x 3.6 m.

      What are your complimentary bump in and out times?

      Complimentary bump in is provided 1 hour prior to your event start time and 30 minutes after the event finish time. Extended access times can be arranged depending on venue availability – additional costs apply.

      I have items to personally drop off for my event, how do I get them to you?

      Speak to your Event Planner who can provide you with further information on loading dock access, or for small items, arrange a time to drop the items directly to the venue.

      If items need to be delivered for my event, how do I arrange it?

      Liaise with your Event Planner who will send you delivery labels to complete and attach to each item being delivered. Deliveries are accepted up to 48 hours in advance.

      Is it possible to display a vehicle or other large items at my event?

      Vehicles, machinery and other large items can be displayed inside and outside on the forecourt entrance. Bi-fold doors open to allow vehicles to be driven straight inside. Your Event Planner will assist you with arrangements and requirements

      Is a boardroom available?

      Yes, a boardroom that can seat up to eight guests is available for use when you book Studio 1 or the entire venue. There is no charge for use of the boardroom, which is available during your event. The boardroom may also be used as a greenroom for speakers or performers.

      Can you cater for all dietary needs?

      We cater for vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free and nut friendly as a standard. We can accommodate other dietary requirements upon request. Additional charges and 5 days working notice apply for Kosher meals.
