    Dean is the Sous Chef at ZINC. He has worked at ZINC for six years, and with EPICURE for 11 years.  He started his apprenticeship with EPICURE venues and has worked at the Melbourne Town Hall, and MCG.  During his apprenticeship he also spent time working in Perth under Mustard Catering, an EPICURE brand.
