Our menus are seasonal and feature local organic produce to give you the freshest and most flavoursome meals throughout the seasons. Supporting local suppliers is important to us. You’ll find some of our favourite ingredients –Yarra Valley Persian feta, Wimmera duck and Victorian snapper — among our gourmet sensations. Our Culinary Development Team and Chef are continually researching new delicacies and regional food trends to ensure our menus feature the best local food. We offer a broad range of enticing menus and also get excited about creating a bespoke culinary package to suit your occasion.
We can hold up to 520 guests for a conference and can accommodate theatre style, cabaret style, and banquet style.
At ZINC, we love tailoring special event menus. We have created some amazing concepts, from a South African canapes menu, a 10 course Chinese banquet menu to menus featuring native Australian ingredients. We can also create dessert bars, ice cream stations, wine and chocolate pairings and more.
