Our kosher standards are exacting with our licence held under the supervision of Kosher VeYosher (Rabbi Meir G Rabi).
Kosher VeYosher is the well recognised and highly respected kosher certification agency that has recently gained prominence by serving the visiting President of Israel, Their Excellencies Mr Moshe and Mrs Gila Katsav. Kosher VeYosher koshered the Governor General’s Canberra residence for the State dinner honouring the President and Mrs Katsav, advising and directing the internal house chefs and staff.
