Our grazing menus are designed for a party where the formality of set courses is abandoned for a more casual, party atmosphere, but the quantity of food offered is still substantial.  Grazing menus consist of hand around finger food, little substantial dishes and little sweets.


Hand Around Finger Food

Crostini with a mousse of Tarago blue cheese with red radish and toasted walnut
Oysters dressed with rice wine and soy vinaigrette with watercress shoots and Yarra Valley salmon roe
Ceviche of Port Lincoln kingfish on a fine shoe string potato crisp

Hand Around Small Dishes
Traditional Chinese style Peking duck with red coconut curry, steamed jasmine rice and wilted Asian greens
Veal ragout with sage, white wine, porcini mushrooms and soft mash potato
