Our grazing menus are designed for a party where the formality of set courses is abandoned for a more casual, party atmosphere, but the quantity of food offered is still substantial.  Grazing menus consist of hand around finger food, little substantial dishes and little sweets.

King Valley eye fillet steak sandwich on sourdough with sliced truss tomato, rocket lettuce, melted Shaw River buffalo mozzarella

Handmade potato gnocchi with cherry tomato, Mount Zero kalamata olive & spinach ragout, drizzled with basil puree (v)

Roasted Murray Valley lamb cutlet on organic red quinoa with green peas, Yarra Valley Persian feta, mint & honey lemon dressing
