Big Breakfast
Two poached eggs, crisp Istra free range pancetta, homemade baked borlotti beans with a hint of smoked paprika, potato rosti and wilted spinach with toasted ciabatta

Cheese and Chives
Scrambled eggs with fresh snipped chives, grated Heidi 'Grand Champion' raclette on toasted ciabatta, grilled pork and veal chipolatas and slow roasted tomato

Smoked Trout 
Tom Finn's Victorian smoked trout salad and celery shoots, soft poached eggs and cherry tomato and onion confit with Hollandaise served to the table

We use only Green Eggs for our breakfast menus
Green eggs are produced in the most humane way.  Freshness and quality are the most important things, along with the happiness and welfare of the hens and environmental sustainability.  The eggs are handled with extreme care and the preservation layer is not washed away from the shells.  The eggs are delivered direct from Green Eggs within 48 hours of being laid.  You can't better than that!
